Transfer Clients

All transfer clients first need a consultation so that we may assess the state of your hair, review washing/daily maintenance and cover shop policies and give an estimate of the time it will take for regularly scheduled retightening. 

Note: the consultation fee is a one-time fee.
 

Consultation: $85

Transfer clients will be taken on at an hourly rate of $53 per hour.

Grid Restoration service will be $80 hour with a 4 hour minimum. 

Policies  

* Hair MUST be shampooed within 24/48 hours before retie appointment if not you will be charged $45 for a wash or rescheduled if time does not permit.

 All bookings are done 100% online, a credit card must be used to reserve the appointment at the time of booking. 

The card will be authorized on the 1st of the month that you book the service, please keep this is mind as the schedule is open up to 60 days in advance to book.

* Due to limited space visitors are not allowed unless being serviced, no exceptions!

* A $350  Non Refundable deposit is required to secure establishment dates.

* ALL Deposits and Consultation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

* All new clients and transfer clients require a consultation prior to services rendered.

* All transfer Sisterlocks ™ clients must have had their Sisterlocks™ established by a Sisterlocks™ Trainee or Consultant. (this does not apply to interlock clients)

Retightenings exceeding the allotted time are billed at $55 per additional hour. ​ THIS WILL BE STRICLY ENFORCED  

Late appointments/No show

* All appointments are giving a 7-minute grace period, however, please call ahead to let consultant know that you are running late.

* Appointments that are more then 15 mins late will be required to pay a late fee of $10.

* Appointments late 30 mins or more will be required to reschedule.

* Appointments that need to be rescheduled must be done so 24hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time to not have a cancelation fee.

* Same day cancelations fee will be 100% of the service(s) booked.

* All appointments booked online must be paid in FULL with a stored Credit Card on file. 

* No call no show appointment will be charged 100% of that service on the day of the missed appointment.

* After 1 no show you will no longer be able to be a standing appointment, you will have to book all future appointments online. 

* If funds are not available on the 1st of the month that the service is being rendered appointment will be cancelled. 

*For installments/establishment appointments that are booked, and you change your mind. You have 7days from your original establishment date to reschedule or deposits are forfeited, and you have to pay a new deposit.
